Vera Blagojevic, born in 1983 on January 12, graduated from the Faculty of Trade and Banking in Belgrade.She lives in Uzice, western Serbia.After graduating from college (2007), at the beginning of her career, she worked extensively in tourism, as a tour guide, later in hotels and travel agencies.Since 2012, she has been engaged in the public sector of the municipality of Čajetina, first as the public procurement officer at the Utility Company of Cajetina municipality, since 2014 has been in charge of the public procurement activities for the local management services.Since 2015, as the Investment Assistant, she has been involved in the implementation of several significant projects funded by EU funds. The most important projects are implemented in the field of environmental protection, primary waste selection and capacity building of local government in these fields.She is currently employed as the Head of Utilities for Zlatibor Utility Company. This responsible position includes the following activities : green areas maintenance service, waste collection on the territory of the municipality, operation of parking lots and markets as well as management of international projects in which the company is involved.She is a member of associations dealing with youth issues and organizational cultural content for young people.She is a member of the Green Council for the Municipality of Čajetina, which deals with vital issues in the field of ecology and environmental protection.She participated in the development of the Local Waste Management Plan in the Municipality of Čajetina, and preparation of other legal regulations in this area.She has a project management and project evaluation certificate.She speaks English.
